Recently, we had Dr. Matt Wilson from the University of Kentucky visit Mizzou Geography and teach a Graduate seminar entitled Cartographic Attention.  During his week here in Columbia he also had quite a bit of interaction with undergraduate students and faculty interested in his area of specialty, Critical GIS.  He sat down to talk to us a little about his experiences with the students that week as well as his most recent book New Lines: Critical GIS and the Trouble with the Map.
